Depending on the level of extras cover you have, rebates are claimable through most health funds. Please check with your health fund for exact rebate entitlement.
Generally there is no rebate available through Medicare, unless you have a chronic condition that qualifies for the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) scheme. If you believe you may be eligible EPC, please speak to your medical practitioner for a referral.
